This notice describes website analytics and the Social Publisher Pinterest connection. Updated October 21, 2026.
Your analytics choice
This website asks before loading optional Google Analytics, Metricool and OpenAI Pixel tags. Accepting allows measurement of visits, floor-plan engagement, clicks toward tours, applications, calls and directions, and advertising performance. Declining keeps these optional analytics off and does not prevent you from exploring apartments or using the leasing links.
What is measured
When enabled with your consent, Google Analytics uses identifiers and cookies to measure website interactions and broad traffic-source information. Our custom events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, application answers or full outbound application URLs. Google Analytics page URLs exclude arbitrary query parameters. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in the site tag configuration.
Metricool measures page visits, referring pages, browser viewport size and approximate country information. Its website tracker does not set cookies. The tracker receives page and referrer URLs; this site skips Metricool when those URLs contain unrecognized query parameters or fragments. We do not send form answers to Metricool.
OpenAI Pixel supports advertising measurement. When allowed, its SDK can use cookies and browser storage, browser identifiers, page and referring-page URLs, and an advertising click identifier. The pixel’s automatic matching setting is enabled: where contact identifiers are available in supported page fields, the SDK can hash and use them to match advertising interactions. This website does not send completed-booking or completed-application events to OpenAI Pixel; booking and application forms are handled separately by AppFolio. Debug logging is enabled for installation verification.
You can change your choice using the button above. Withdrawing consent tells OpenAI Pixel to stop, reloads the page with optional analytics disabled and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies set for this site. The pixel retains a consent preference to respect your choice. Withdrawal does not delete information already sent to Google, Metricool or OpenAI.
Booking and applications
Tour booking and applications continue on AppFolio. That provider processes the information you enter under its own notices and policies. Campaign parameters in a leasing link may be passed to the provider to help identify how visitors found the property. This website does not treat opening that link as a completed booking or application.
Other website services
The website and its hosting services process requests necessary to deliver pages, load maps and retrieve public apartment availability. Declining optional analytics does not disable these services. This notice is specific to website measurement and does not replace rental application, screening, resident or provider privacy notices.

The Current Apartments Social Publisher: Pinterest privacy
Effective October 21, 2026. This notice covers the Pinterest connection in H&A Social Publisher, also identified as The Current Apartments Social Publisher. It supplements the website privacy notice.
Who uses the publisher and why
The publisher is an internal desktop tool for The Current Apartments and authorized H&A property-management staff. It connects only to our authorized Pinterest business account. Staff select and approve each Pin's content, destination board, and schedule before it can be sent.
Information processed through Pinterest
With account authorization, the tool requests account and board information to confirm the intended account and board ownership, sends approved Pin content to Pinterest, and reads Pins to check delivery or display recent posts. Pinterest API responses are processed temporarily in memory. The tool does not retain those responses, returned Pin IDs, or copies of API-returned profile, board, or Pin information in its database, application logs, exports, or backups. It requests information from Pinterest when needed. Closing a result dialog clears its displayed contents; restarting the application clears its temporary account-check state.
Information kept locally
The tool stores Pinterest authorization credentials in an encrypted local vault protected by the Windows user account. It also keeps independently supplied staff content, original media, destination configuration entered by staff, schedules, individual approvals, and local operational records such as attempt times, workflow stages, and delivery status. These staff-supplied records and local workflow records may be included in local backups. They are separate from the Pinterest API responses described above.
Use and disclosure
Approved Pin content and necessary authorization information are sent to Pinterest to perform the requested operations. The tool does not sell Pinterest API information, provide it to unrelated third parties, use it for advertising audiences, or use it to train AI models. Pinterest handles information on its service under its own privacy policy.
Revocation and deletion requests
The Pinterest account owner can revoke the application's access through Pinterest's app permissions. To request removal of locally stored credentials or staff records, contact The Current Apartments at 309-210-5904 and identify the Social Publisher request. Staff will coordinate removal from the active installation and applicable local backups. Revoking access or removing local records does not automatically delete Pins already posted to Pinterest; manage those Pins directly in Pinterest.
