How do I check pricing and availability?

The home page checks AppFolio listings for current available apartments. If listings cannot be loaded, use the retry option or call 309-210-5904. Availability and pricing can change; confirm the apartment and move-in date with the leasing team.

What does the advertised rent include?

Ask for an itemized quote covering base rent, required fees, utilities, deposits, application charges and any applicable pet costs. The price displayed on a listing should not be treated as a complete estimate of every move-in or recurring charge.

How do I apply?

Choose Lease Now on the home page, select an apartment type and then an available apartment. The website takes you to the application in AppFolio. Opening that link does not complete an application or guarantee approval.

Are pets allowed?

The community is pet-friendly. The dog park is shown as a planned amenity; confirm its opening status, current pet rules and charges with the leasing team before applying.

Are all pictured amenities open?
